These terms apply when you use bluehournights.com or buy from Blue Hour (“we” or “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them.
Who can order
You must be 18 or older and have a shipping address in the United States.
What Blue Hour is
Blue Hour is a dietary supplement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Blue Hour is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Talk to a doctor or pharmacist before using Blue Hour if you’re pregnant or nursing, take medication, have a medical condition or are under medical supervision. Read the Supplement Facts for every capsule before you order, especially if you have allergies.
How to take it
Take 1 pouch a day with food and water. Don’t take more than 1 pouch a day. Each capsule has a per-pouch limit in our pouch builder, and we won’t pack a pouch over those limits.
Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars and include shipping. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price on the site is wrong or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund you in full.
Product photos and capsule illustrations are for display. Your exact pouch is listed in the Supplement Facts in your pamphlet.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed when payment goes through.
Shipping, refunds and replacements
See Shipping and Refunds and replacements. In short, rolls are packed to order, so we don’t accept returns for change of mind, but we’ll replace or refund anything missing, wrong or damaged if you tell us within 5 business days of delivery.

The Blue Hour name, logo, designs, photos and writing on this site belong to us. Please don’t copy them without permission.
Limits on our responsibility
We sell Blue Hour as described on this site and on its label. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
