This policy explains what information Blue Hour (“we” or “us”) collects when you visit bluehournights.com or buy from us, how we use it and who we share it with.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, shipping address, the capsules you picked for your pouch and what you bought.
- Payment details: payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t see or store your full card number.
- Email sign-ups: your email address, if you sign up for news and restocks.
- Messages: anything you send us when you contact us.
- Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit, to run and secure the site.
- Your cart: your cart is saved in your own browser so it’s still there when you come back. It isn’t sent to us until you check out.
How we use it
- To take payment, make and ship your order, and send you order and shipping updates
- To answer your questions and handle problems with an order
- To send news and restocks, only if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure
- To meet our legal obligations
We don’t use the capsules you pick for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the companies that help us run the store, and only what they need:
- Stripe processes payments.
- OK Capsule, our fulfillment partner, makes, packs and ships your order. It handles your name, address, email and capsule picks on our behalf and doesn’t sell that information or use it for its own marketing.
- Shipping carriers deliver your order.
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Google Fonts delivers the fonts on this site, which means your browser connects to Google.
If we start using advertising or analytics tools, we’ll update this policy first. We don’t sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for orders, support, taxes and our legal obligations. We remove email sign-ups when you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@bluehournights.com. We may need to keep some records, such as order history, where the law requires it.
Age
Blue Hour is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
